4.         For Possible Action: Approval of Minutes from July 6, 2015

F-5.1   For Possible Action:  To make recommendations to the Carson City Board of Supervisors regarding the 60% design of the Downtown Streetscape Project. (Lee Plemel)

Staff Summary: The RACC is one of the oversight committees identified by the Board of Supervisors to review and make recommendations regarding the Downtown Streetscape Project. The Public Works Department will present 60% design plans for RACC’s review and recommendations by the RACC.

F-5.2   For Possible Action:  To make recommendations to the Redevelopment Authority regarding Redevelopment objectives, programs and project priorities for the future use of undesignated Redevelopment funds. (Lee Plemel)

Staff Summary:  The purpose of this item is to prioritize Redevelopment objectives to guide future use of available Redevelopment funds. Recommendations will be forwarded to the Redevelopment Authority for consideration.

1. Staff reports and update on matters relating to the RACC.

1. Future agenda items for the next RACC meeting.

1. RACC member reports and comments.

7.         Public Comments**: The public is invited at this time to comment on and discuss any topic that is relevant to, or within the authority of the RACC, including any matter that is not specifically included on the agenda as an action item.

8.         For Possible Action:  For adjournment

**  PUBLIC COMMENT:  The Redevelopment Authority Citizens Committee will provide at least two public comment periods in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Open Meeting Law prior to adjournment.  In addition, it is Carson City’s aspirational goal to also provide for item-specific public comment as follows:  In order for members of the public to participate in the public body’s consideration of an agenda item, the public is strongly encouraged to comment on an agenda item when called for by the Chair during the item itself.  No action may be taken on a matter raised under public comment unless the item has been specifically included on the agenda as an item upon which action may be taken.  Comments may be limited to three minutes per person or topic at the discretion of the Chair in order to facilitate the meeting
